How do I qualify for the free* beauty box from BOXYCHARM?

In order to qualify, you must purchase any two (2) Summer’s Eve® products in one (1) transaction in-store or online during the promotional period, 9/30/18 – 10/27/18. Reward valid only in and for residents of the continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories). To receive the reward, you must apply by completing the online Application Form, upload your receipt showing the qualifying purchase, and confirm that you have read and accept all promotional Terms and Conditions. The Application Form must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on 11/10/18. Please make sure that the date and time of purchase, qualifying products, and purchase amount are clearly visible on your receipt.

What are the participating Summer’s Eve® products for this promotion?

All Summer’s Eve® products are eligible for this promotion. You must purchase two (2) Summer’s Eve® products in one transaction in order to qualify for the reward. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

What is BOXYCHARM?

BOXYCHARM is a subscription service that sends “Charmers” one beauty box with 4 to 5 products every month! Products in BOXYCHARM beauty boxes are never sample size and are always brand name. For the purposes of this promotion, the reward is not a subscription; rather, it is one (1) FREE* beauty box. You have the option to subscribe to the service directly on the BOXYCHARM website.

What will my free* beauty box from BOXYCHARM include?

Your beauty box will include 4-5 full-sized beauty products, all of which will be brand name products. Please remember that brands and products in each box are subject to variation.

How many beauty boxes can I receive?

There is a limit of one (1) Reward per customer, customer email address, and customer household during the Promotional Period.

Are there any restrictions to receiving the free* beauty box from BOXYCHARM?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must be a resident of the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories) and not a resident of any other country, in order to qualify for this reward. The purchase of two (2) Summer’s Eve® products must be made in one (1) transaction in-store or online between 9/30/18 and 10/27/18. There is a limit of one (1) reward per customer, per customer email address, and per customer household. Application Forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on 11/10/18. Reward is non-transferable. When making a purchase reward cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Rewards are subject to availability. Products in Reward subject to variation. When is the last day I will be able to submit my application?

You must submit your Application Form, including your first name, last name, full address (including ZIP code,) date of birth, phone number and email address along with your original receipt showing the proof of purchase by 11:59 PM PT on 11/10/18. Please make sure that the date and time of purchase, qualifying products, and purchase amount are clearly visible on your receipt.

Do I have to provide credit card information to receive my beauty box?

No, credit card information is not required to redeem. If you decide to subscribe to BOXYCHARM after receiving your free beauty box, you will need to enter your credit card information directly on BOXYCHARM’s website.

Can I change the address that was provided in my Application Form?

You may not change the address that was provided in your Application Form. When you are filling out your Application Form, please note that if you are qualified, your beauty box will automatically ship to the shipping address indicated.

When can I expect to receive my beauty box from BOXYCHARM?

All BOXYCHARM beauty boxes should be shipped on or around 12/31/2018. Please allow 5-14 additional business days for delivery. 

I didn’t receive my beauty box from BOXYCHARM!

All BOXYCHARM beauty boxes should be shipped on or around 12/31/2018. Please allow 5-14 additional business days for delivery. If you did not receive your beauty box by 1/25/2019, please email SummersEveBeautyBox@rewardrequest.com or call us at (201) 754-5522 from 9 AM - 6 PM ET, excluding public holidays. We are happy to look into the status of your shipment. 

Can I sell my beauty box from BOXYCHARM?

No, you may not sell or give away your beauty box. This offer is not transferable for sale or resale and is not redeemable for cash.

I lost my receipt that included my proof of purchase of the qualifying Summer’s Eve® products. What do I do?

Sorry, your receipt that includes your qualifying purchase is mandatory in order to qualify for the Reward.
